We follow this lady on Twitter - she has a fantastic blog detailing her recovery and starting her new life at university :)

Can anyone give me some advice regarding blogs, ? I have never read blogs and not sure if to start reading blogs due to worry of possibly following negative blogs? any advice?

I read a fair few blogs (both ED and non-ED related) and my advice is to read blogs that discuss one person's recovery and their emotions surrounding it (like this one, and I can recommend some others too if you like) rather than focus only on the food they're eating or their stubborn-ness not to break certain habits. Also, there are a few pro-recovery blogs like the WBB Tumblr account and F Your ED which are awesome :) Really, keep an eye out for your own triggers - you know better than anyone if you'll find a certain blog unhelpful.

Enie, we try to ensure the blogs we post here are ones that support recovery, but that said, we don't always go back and check in on them all. I wonder if you could start with a list of things that you want from reading blogs, and things you don't want and things that mean you need to stop reading that blog, and use that as a guide for exploration?
