I really like this thread a lot. You guys are all super awesome.

I have two goals:

What: Attend my dietician appointment and talk to her about the food related issues I've been having recently
When: Monday after work at 3PM (UTC-5)
How: When she asks me how I'm doing I am going to be honest about the problems I've been having and discuss them rather than putting on a happy face and telling her that I'm doing fine

What: Find a new endocrinologist to manage my thyroid disorder
When: By next Wednesday
How: I am going to get a list of covered doctors covered/recommended by my insurance company and call them to find one who can manage my case

How did you get on with your dietician & finding a new endocrinologist? X

My goal:
WHAT: Phone to make a GP appointment instead of making excuses.
WHEN: Tomorrow on my lunchbreak- Wednesday...
HOW: Purposefully going somewhere quiet as soon as I get out of work rather than running errands - err, & dialling?!

Thanks, I did it - and this accountability thread was the main thing that stopped me from procrastinating further. Did it and had appointment yesterday. Kind of wish I hadn't now, but I know it was the right thing to do :-(

I'm going to get through tonight without SI or ED behaviours.
I'm starting NOW.
I'll do this by making myself a nice evening snack, watch something funny on TV, read a good book and then go to bed.

How'd it go? What did you watch and read?

Tonight I am going to go to bed, and make sure I have breakfast before any of the things I need to do, as breakfast is the most important thing I can do tomorrow.

It went well :) I watched some random reality TV shows, and read Beautiful Darkness. I really like that book, it's cute, and it's not a heavy read, so I can focus on it even if I'm a bit anxious.

How did you do Enie?

I'm gonna resurrect this thread.

I am going to make an appointment with a counsellor at my uni either tomorrow or Friday.

If someone could check in with me on the weekend using this thread, I'd really appreciate it. :)

Monday I will take the day off from the wildlife center and go get rid of my part B of Medicare. I should call Monte Nido first though and make sure that will fix the problem.

I'm having some really bad SI urges, but I'm not going to act on them. I'll distract myself with books, music, and TV. Tomorrow I have an evening shift, so I get to sleep in in the morning, and after I good night's sleep in my own bed I know I'll feel better.
