Broke up with Tom today, my sister has her biopsy for cancer next week, on the same day as my Mum's birthday, I'll be out of the country. Feeling overwhelmed with the large Oxford-sized THING. I want my coffee machine to arrive now so I can go to caffeine heaven. And, if my young person's railcard doesn't arrive before Saturday, there's no way I can get to Italy without paying through the nose for a full priced ticket.

Please can I have a hug? :( :-(

***hug*** and lots of tea and sympathy from meeee
sorry about tom and I really hope your sister is ok...
in terms of oxford, I can totally understand being scared but I am certain you'll have an incredible time. my first term at cambridge was the happiest time of my life and I was scared beforehand too, but literally within a couple of days I felt so at home and had made some amazing friends... it'll be great, I promise :) oh and last but not least, itll be annoying if you have to pay the full price, but italy is amazing and so worth it!! :) have a good time xx

Johanna, it's so unfair that so much bad things can pile up at once. In fact, because there are so many things, I'm not sure that one hug will do it. Instead-
