Whatever nibbles appear to be put out at the reception tonight after my concert. :)

Today I had a soy long macchiato - it's been a LONG time since I allowed a cafe-bought coffee. I have loved soy macs for ages and denied them for so long but thanks to my dietician I saw how it can fit into my eats without any restrictions or stress. It was so yummy too, but so rich! It really has been a long time, I wasn't used to such intense flavour!
It's a relief though, now that I have had one, I know I can do it again - and now when I meet friends for 'coffee' I can let myself have an actual coffee!

I had tomatoes with my breakfast. I'm not very flexible with breakfast and so this was a good challenge to change things up. Also, not only did I survive but I liked it and would probably do it again. :)
