Guuuuys, I found this collection of workbooks on the Centre for Clinical Interventions site (my specialist gave me one of their handouts) and it has -loads- of tips we often use on this site in them. The collection is on a whole load of stuff from depression, bipolar, panic attacks and our good ol' ED recovery. :3

There are individual packs on self-esteem and the like, but I've found working through ED Workbook B that there's a lot of that stuff covered in it, worth a look if you've the time, though.

Even if you're just a bit bored have a look, might find something useful ^.^ http://www.cci.health.wa.gov.au/resources/consumers.cfm

I worked through this over 6 months ago when i was in the medical ward on my lonesome.
It was INCREDIBLY useful and i'm redoing it now as a refresher (?)

Thanks for these. I've been working on the procrastination one. I just wish I had my own printer still!

I've just rediscovered these (:
so incredibly helpful if you put the hard-work and effort ino them. lots of good worksheets and thoughtful questions and gives lots of insight.
I've gone through the disordered eating modules with my CPN and we're currently going through self-esteem. I'm not sure she has the distress tolerance one and I'm incredibly intolerant of negative emotions which is how my anorexia got so bad so I'm going to print that out! she'll be very impressed!
