The latest issue which I just had a flick through made me a little angry with the huge focus on dieting and weight loss/toning.
First there was the "how to have a flat stomach" article, like having a flat stomach is some sort of healthy ideal, very few women do have flat stomachs and it's not necessarily a good thing if they do!

Secondly there's the "five reasons why you can't lose weight" bit, listing things like polycystic ovaries and underactive thyroid. The one they didn't seem to get was that some women are the way they are and can't drop weight dieting because their weight is right for them!

Okay got that off my chest now.

That bothers me as well, especially the 5 reasons you can't lose weight. People think I make my excuses for my obesity because I have polycystic ovarian syndrom, like I'm trying to justify my fatness. The truth is, I eat like a mother f***ing rabbit and I exercise for 4 hours a day. Nothing works at all when chicks my age are losing weight left and right.

I used to collect them like football cards.
But they upset me so I've decided not to even pick them up.
