someone found me on twitter and sent me this

I didn't know this person, but I think it's disgusting that random people are searching the net to find people who will be taken in by this...and anyway, what was he saying by sending it to me? He thinks I need to lose weight?

Anyway, I'll refrain from turning this into a rant, and just let you see what you think

For all you know, he could have made the website and now he's trying to drum up business. (Twitter up business?)

Spammers are everywhere...

well Yes I understand that, but it was sent with the message "people don't want to lose weight anymore- do you?

Sorry it's messed up the forum but I can't help but think if I got it as a new twitter member, so did people who haven't thought of losing weight before---or have though of but don't know how

Sorry again...

Don't be sorry! I totally get why you posted it - how awful it must have been to receive THAT! Ugh, people will sink to such lows for money, it's totally pathetic. Rise above it I say! We're better off than anyone who would go in for that.

I get TONS of people who try to leave comments on my blog with links to weight loss products. And I get TONS of emails to either advertise weight loss products on my site, or to review them. And this to an author who's a recovering anorexic/bulimic and runs an ED awareness and education site! What I have found is that spammers have no scruples, so I wouldn't take it personally. If you don't know them, how can they say that you need to lose weight?

I know...it just got to me. I thought it was something to do with my picture at first. Then I realised that this person had about 2 followers, but was following over 10,000. Just a spammer I know. But why do the spammers have to be such bastards?
