What is a good diet book to buy that is also good for the long term? Something they will help diet and also cange bad eating habits. I don't want a book that will just tell you about dieting but also provide a resource. Like food suggestions/recipes and exercise tips, ideas, and indexes. Things like that.

^ Umm. I doubt anyone here will recommend a dieting book to someone with an eating disorder. This is a pro-recovery site. Dieting is not life.

I did kind of the same deconstruction with the acai berry diet scams only without photos. Sad thing is that I posted this in December and I'm still getting people commenting on there about how they were ripped off.
