At the poetry slam I went to tonight, a guy performed a poem about men trying to create an artificial woman and how ridiculous the idea is. It made me think of this (except his poem was really uplifting and positive).

When I saw she was called a Fembot, the first thought in my mind was 'Death by Snu-snu?'

Uh. I... Uhm. I'm not sure there are words for that? And it's so wrong on so many levels that he could tweak it into a "sexual partner". EWH!

Though, honestly, the creator irks me that he made the perfect figure 32-23-33. Uhm, okay then.

If that's the man's idea of the only perfect and acceptable figure, no wonder he's having such a problem getting laid and having to make a Fembot.

it was only a matter of time...

you know 'if you can dream it, you can become it?'

how about 'if geeks are dreaming it, one of them will manage to build it.'

Would it be less offensive if there were a male version of the same?

Is it that it is a woman who looks like a store mannequin?

This reminds me of a racy but funny song...

You know what would make a male version less offensive? If it looked a little bit older than she does. They wouldn't make a male one that looked that young.

There's something about a potential sexual 'partner' who can't give consent and looks about 16 that just doesn't sit right with me.

Also, the image of the 'perfect woman' doing the chores and waiting on a man hand and foot without a personality is especially offensive because it takes that stereotypical ideal to such an extreme. That part would still be offensive for a male version, but not to the same extent.

A male one would still be hella creepy. So would an older version of this one.
