I couldn't find the original article, but here's a blog post about it:

http://jezebel.com/5606654/pretzel-cris ... uch-better

They've replaced one round of pro-ana slogan ads with. . . a different slogan after complaints.

Uggghhh. This is just. . . that people go to these lengths to garner publicity (clearly it's working). . . it disgusts me.

May be triggering if pro-ana catchphrases upset you.

They got alot of publicity... perhaps a stunt?

I got angry with that Diet Coke add, the one with the puppets who looked like Bratz dolls. What is that insinuating? You don't need to worry about work if you're light and can dance on tables? That we are easily manipulated by those higher than us? Pull a string and we do as we're told? Plus the whole look of the ad was very infantile, like it was aimed at the little girls who play with those dolls... Assholes....

All advertisments are unethical I think, the whole industry is based around tricking consumers to purchase things they don't want or need.

I am absolutely in shock. I cannot see how they figured the 2nd ad was any better than the first.

I was just thinking about that Diet Coke ad today. I really really effing hate it. And the slogan... "Gorgeous, glamourous and thirsty!" uhhh, what? Grrrr. And this pretzel thing... my god. I'm really HOPING it was all just a publicity stunt. I would HOPE nobody is that stupid.
