Light & Fit yogurt has a new commercial which boasts its yogurt as having 80 calories per container compared to the other leading yogurt which has 100.
Seriously? 20 calories is nothing, it's a miniscule amount to brag about.
I think maybe even some of us calorie-phobics may laugh at this.

And also, Altoids states the following on their tins of Sugar-Free Altoids Smalls:
"35% fewer calories than our regular mints. Calorie content has been reduced from 0.8 to 0.5 calories per 0.2g of mints" (BTW 0.2g is one mint)
OH DEAR LORD.

I posted more about this on my blog (below) & invite you to share any other advetisments like this as I am sure there are more.

That´s just so stupid... a 0,8 calorie mint doesn´t make anyone gain. And a 0,5 calorie mint doesn´t make anyone lose weight.
(I know violence is not a good solution, but sometimes I´d like to hit something on these people´s heads until they start to think).

They have to make it sound good because it sure as hell doesn't taste like it. No fat+splenda=runny yogurt paste

The things they do to yogurt. :ooook:
I know now that's why I never liked yogurt until now - all my mom ever really got was the diet yogurt. And skim milk(:xeyes:); I might as well mix up some cornstartch & water & pour it over cereal.
